Miroslav Kuchta

Miroslav Kuchta is a Senior Research Scientist at Simula Research Laboratory, where they focus on developing hybrid PDE and neural network models as well as robust discretizations for multiphysics applications. Previously, they held positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Scientist at Simula Research Laboratory, working on projects involving data-driven models and stability properties of solvers. Miroslav began their research career as a Junior Researcher at Charles University, specializing in thermal convection and nonlinear materials. They hold a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Oslo and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Charles University, where they graduated summa cum laude.
