Lisa Kagan is a seasoned simulation manager and standardized patient trainer with over two decades of experience connecting theory to hands-on practice in healthcare education. Kagan currently serves as OSCE Director / SP Program Director for the College of Denturists of Ontario, the Optometry Examining Board of Canada, and the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board, and also owns Shift Space Inc. and leads Simulated Client Services. Kagan developed the first Standardized Patient Program at McGill University's Arnold and Blema Steinberg Medical Simulation Centre. Kagan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance from Concordia University.
