Simulation in Motion Montana (SIM-MT) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping rural communities not just survive, but thrive.

We bring healthcare teams, educators, and partners together to solve the challenges unique to rural life. From high-fidelity simulation training that strengthens teamwork, to classroom recertifications, to online learning designed with rural realities in mind—we create safe, practical spaces where people can learn, adapt, and grow.

Our mission is simple: improve outcomes in rural communities by improving the people who serve them. We do this by giving healthcare teams the chance to practice in realistic scenarios without real-world risk, improving communication, reducing errors, and ultimately saving lives.
