Andy Edwards

Andy Edwards is a seasoned professional in technical delivery and operations leadership, currently serving as the Director of Technical Delivery at Simulations Plus, Inc. since June 2024, following its acquisition of Pro-ficiency. At Pro-ficiency since July 2023, Andy leads a team focused on developing innovative simulation-style training modules for medical professionals. Previous experience includes serving as a fractional operations leader at Andy Ignite Consulting, where a specialization in operational excellence and growth was demonstrated from September 2009 to October 2023. Additionally, from May 2006 to August 2009, Andy worked as a production manager at Humanity Online, overseeing studio operations and pioneering production techniques. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University.
