Xavier Pepin

Xavier PEPIN is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutics field with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate VP Regulatory Strategy at Simulations Plus, Inc. since May 2022, Xavier previously held significant roles at AstraZeneca, including Senior Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist Biopharmacy, where expertise was developed in creating physiologically based biopharmaceutics models and leading scientific initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Biopharmaceutics at Sanofi, where assessment of biopharmaceutical properties supported project development, and a leadership role at Sanofi-Aventis overseeing formulation development for clinical trials. Academic credentials include a post doctorate in surface chemistry from University College London and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of pharmacy of Chatenay Malabry.
