With over 30 years of industry experience, Debra has worked with individuals and teams to achieve goals through new programs, services and increased effectiveness. In real estate, she has assisted 60 families in the sale of over $14 million in residential properties. As a software implementation and optimization consultant, she lead an initiative to increase and improve clinicians’ software usage resulting in $70 million in additional revenue. And as a senior business planner, she managed the approval process for over 40 commercial capital projects, including expansions/renovations, totaling $839 million.
Debra has a Bachelor of Science degree from Wheaton College, a Master of Hospital Administration degree from the University of Minnesota, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a licensed REALTOR:registered: with Edina Realty in MN.
