Carlos Passi

Carlos Passi is the CFO of Simulint Inc., having transitioned from a long career at IBM where they served as Vice President of Finance for Global Sales and Distribution. They previously held roles such as CFO of Corporate Innovation and Technology and Assistant Controller for Business Transformation, contributing significantly to IBM’s financial operations across various global regions. Carlos began their journey at IBM in 1984 as a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and has since occupied diverse managerial and planning roles. They hold a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from the Leeds School of Business.
