Kelsey O'Brien

Kelsey O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Kelsey began their career as an intern at the 614 Group in 2013. From there, they moved on to work as a Madison Connection Caller at James Madison University from September 2012 to April 2015.

In 2015, O'Brien joined L Brands as a Victoria's Secret Sales Associate. Kelsey'sresponsibilities included assisting customers, upselling products, and maintaining visual displays.

In 2016, they transitioned to AT&T AdWorks, where they held multiple roles. As an Ad Sales Coordinator, they supported Account Executives by managing client accounts across different platforms. Later, as a Sales Planning Analyst, they acted as the sole digital planner for digital and cross-screen accounts.

In 2018, O'Brien joined StoreBound as a Public Relations Manager but left after ten months to join Simulmedia as an Account Manager. Kelsey quickly advanced to become a Senior Account Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of Account Management in May 2022.

Through their various roles, O'Brien has gained experience in account management, sales planning, coordination, public relations, and customer service.

Kelsey O'Brien attended James Madison University from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies.
