Bonnie Dowd, SPHR, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at ROR Partners since March 2021 and as a member of the Board of Directors at SimVentions since July 2021. Prior to these roles, Bonnie held the position of Consultant/Human Resources Officer at PCC Strategy, LLC from January 2020 to March 2021, and spent over thirteen years at BRTRC Federal Solutions in various roles including Vice President of Human Resources. Bonnie began a career in human resources as a specialist at Baum, Romstedt Technology Research Corporation from April 2000 to December 2006. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from George Mason University’s Costello College of Business.
