John Klaczynski

John Klaczynski has diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. John began their career in 1989 as a Manager at Salomon Brothers and stayed there until 1993. After that, they founded their own company called Rehosting Technologies, Inc, where they developed and marketed tools for rehosting software applications to newer technologies. John also provided consulting and rehosting services to financial industry firms and a major air freight carrier.

In 2006, John joined SimVentions as a Principal Systems Engineer and Manager. John managed multiple software development projects, including two Phase II SBIRs, for one of which they served as the Principal Investigator. John also led the conversion of a significant amount of Ada code to C++ for a military aviation trainer. At SimVentions, they held the position of Technical Director and was the Principal Investigator for two DoD SBIR projects.

In 2010, John transitioned to ReadQ Systems, Inc as the Senior Vice President of Systems Engineering, where they worked until 2014.
