Michael Long Cissp

Michael Long is a highly experienced CyberSecurity Manager and Principal Member of the Technical Staff with extensive background in information assurance and cybersecurity. At SimVentions since July 2015, Michael leads a team focused on risk assessments under the Risk Management Framework for advanced unmanned vehicles utilized by the US Navy. Michael has also served as a Cyber Security Expert at Tapestry Tech, overseeing risk management activities and security control sets for Department of Defense systems. Previous roles include Information Assurance Manager for the US Department of Defense and System Administrator at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. Michael holds multiple certifications, including CISSP, CHPSE, and EC Certified Associate CCISO, and possesses a Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology Management from Capella University.
