Joel Michael has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Joel started their career in 1995 as an Area Manager at APAC-Texas, Inc., where they worked until 2000. Joel then joined APAC - Florida, Inc. as an Area Manager until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, Joel worked in the Major Projects Group at APAC, Inc. Joel then transitioned to The LPA Group, Inc. in 2006, where they served as a Design Build Business Development Manager until 2010. In 2010, Joel joined Michael Baker Corporation as an Alternative Delivery Business Development Manager until 2011. Finally, they became the Vice President of Private Operations at Mario Sinacola & Sons in 2011.
Joel Michael completed their MBA in Business at the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication specializing in RTVF at the University of North Texas from 1989 to 1994.
