Michael Grimm has extensive work experience in the equipment and construction industry. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President Fleet & Asset Management at Mario Sinacola & Sons. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic direction and planning of off-road construction equipment and on-road assets, with a focus on reducing costs and increasing company profitability.
Prior to their current role, Michael served as the President of Equify Auctions, LLC, where they developed and executed a growth strategy to increase revenue and profitability. Before joining HOLT CAT, Michael worked at Caterpillar Inc., where they held roles in process improvement, sales operations, and marketing. Michael has a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and operations, and has consistently achieved impressive results throughout their career.
