Michael Grimm

Michael Grimm has extensive work experience in the equipment and construction industry. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President Fleet & Asset Management at Mario Sinacola & Sons. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic direction and planning of off-road construction equipment and on-road assets, with a focus on reducing costs and increasing company profitability.

Prior to their current role, Michael served as the President of Equify Auctions, LLC, where they developed and executed a growth strategy to increase revenue and profitability.
