Roxana Banea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and recruitment, currently serving as a Co-Founder at both b.telligent Romania and SINAPSYS since 2023 and 2021, respectively. Prior to these roles, Roxana was the Head of Workforce Management at NTT DATA Romania from 2014 to 2021, leading a team of 30 individuals and overseeing various HR strategies, conflict management, and the automation of HR processes. Additionally, Roxana has held positions as a Recruiting Manager and Senior IT Recruiter at NTT DATA, where responsibilities included staffing requests across a range of technologies. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Senior IT Recruiter at EBS Romania. Roxana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Babes Bolyai University, completed in 2008.
