Brian Pierce

Brian Pierce has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Brian is currently a Co-Founder at Sinatra, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded True Salt Co. in 2018, where they also served as the Founder and CEO for a brief period.

From 2014 to 2019, Brian was the Founder and Partner at Pierce Properties / Hospitality Wellness Advisors, focusing on advising various hospitality and wellness establishments in the US and Mexico, with an emphasis on assisted and independent living projects.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Brian held key roles in the food and beverage industry. Brian was a Co-Owner of TAVERN AMERICANA / URBAN TAVERN from 2010 to 2015, where they managed the restaurant operations in Scottsdale, Arizona.

In 2008 to 2009, Brian was a Founding Partner at MyWine, LLC, where they created Hotelwinelist.com and developed WinePhd, a mobile application for wine enthusiasts.

Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Brian gained valuable experience at renowned hotel chains. Brian served as the Director of F&B at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2004 to 2009. Before that, they held the position of Director of Restaurants at The Phoenician Resort from 2000 to 2004 and worked as a Department Manager at Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa from 1997 to 1999.

Brian Pierce attended Arizona State University from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
