Loïc Stouff

Loïc Stouff has a diverse work experience in various roles related to metocean analysis, project management, and hydrographic surveying. Loïc is currently working as a Product Owner at Sinay, where they are responsible for planning and prioritizing work packages and ensuring smooth delivery of releases and project deliverables. Before that, Loïc was a Project Manager at Artelia, focusing on digital transformation and innovation. Prior to that, they worked as a Metocean Project Manager at Open Ocean, where they coordinated consulting projects and contributed to the development of an online platform for metocean analysis. Loïc also has experience in hydrographic surveying and GIS as a Hydrographic Survey and GIS Specialist at Teledyne CARIS, Inc. Loïc started their career as a Trainee Engineer in Wave Modelling at ACTIMAR, where they assisted in assessing the possibility of creating operational wave ensemble forecasts. Additionally, they gained surveying experience as a member of a team in an international survey camp. Loïc's work experience demonstrates their expertise in metocean analysis, project management, and hydrographic surveying.

Loïc Stouff received their Engineer's degree in Hydrography IHO CatA from ENSTA Bretagne in 2012. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Oceanography, Chemical and Physical from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
