Bianca Berchtold

Bianca Berchtold is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in technical support and account management. Currently serving as a Support Account Manager and previously as a Designated Support Engineer and Technical Account Manager at Sinch since June 2019, Bianca has developed expertise in client support, product functionality, and technical issue resolution. Prior roles include Senior Implementation Technician at SICOM Systems, where responsibilities included software performance analysis and user training, as well as Technical Support Intern at NOBEL Systems, where skills in hardware and software troubleshooting were honed. Bianca also has experience in tutoring and systems support as a Technician Assistant at ITT Technical Institute and provided administrative support during a temporary role at Manpower. Bianca holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute-Kennesaw and foundational education from Austin Community College.
