Dan Ross is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in information security and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer and Global Director of GRC at Sinch, Dan has successfully implemented ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 Type II across various organizations. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Sinch Mailgun, where Dan developed a GRC team and managed third-party risk programs, and Information Security Risk Manager at Sentry, leading initiatives in risk assessments and compliance programs. Dan's career also includes significant contributions at Rackspace Technology, where responsibilities spanned GRC management, risk assessment leadership, and the establishment of ISO 27001 programs. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Security Management from Western Governors University and has degrees in Architecture, Mathematics, and Business/Commerce.
