Jan Wika

Jan Wika serves as the VP of Customer Excellence at Sinch since April 2016, focusing on enhancing customer experience in the mobile ecosystem through collaborations with enterprise clients and mobile partners. Prior to this role, Jan held the position of SVP of Market Development at AdaptiveMobile from October 2015 to March 2016. With extensive experience at OpenMarket from November 2007 to September 2015, Jan progressed through various roles including Senior Director of Enterprise and Strategic Accounts and Interim VP of Sales and Account Management. Additional experience includes serving as Account Director at WDSGlobal in 2006-2007 and Microsoft Account Director at Qwest Communications from July 1998 to March 2005. Jan is an alumnus of Portland State University.
