Johan Sandberg

Johan Sandberg is an experienced IT and business leader currently serving as the Head of IT Support Services for EMEA & APAC at Sinch since December 2023, overseeing ITSM support teams and digital workspace environments. Previously, Johan held the role of Head of Development and Delivery at Axiell Group, contributing to strategic initiatives alongside an executive team and managing a development and delivery team. Additional experience includes serving as Global Product Owner Digital at Bisnode, where Johan led cross-functional teams in the marketing and sales tools division, and as a Product Manager at Enento Group, guiding the SME Online team. Earlier in Johan's career, notable positions included Business Unit Manager at Egmont Publishing AB, where Johan managed a classified advertising unit, and Manager of Digital Development, establishing a web development department. Johan holds a Master's Degree in Electronics and Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has pursued further education at the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of Gävle.
