Josh Burch has extensive experience in operations and product management within the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations for Emergency Services at Sinch since September 2025, Burch previously held multiple leadership roles at Intrado from September 2008 to September 2025, including Vice President of Product Operations and Director of Product Management. Early career experiences include positions at DICK'S Sporting Goods as Footwear Leader and at Scheels as a Sales Associate. Burch holds a degree in Business Management from Maranatha Baptist University and completed the High Performance Leadership Program at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business in 2014.
