Karin Rebeling

Karin Rebeling currently serves as the VP HR Region EMEA at Sinch, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Karin was with H&M from May 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included acting as an HR Leader and Senior Project Manager, focusing on change management and business transformations. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Ericsson from May 2007 to April 2018 in various HR leadership roles, culminating in Head of HR for Ericsson Sweden, and extensive support for HR functions across different business units. Early career highlights include HR Manager roles at NEC Philips Unified Solutions and Göteborgs Stad, along with foundational work as an HR Administrator at Philips. Karin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Work Science from Linköping University and has furthered education at Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
