Michelle Thomas

Michelle Thomas is a Director of Instructional Design at Sinch, where they leverage a broad base of knowledge in learning and talent development. Previously, at Deluxe Corporation, Michelle excelled as a Training Design & Development Manager and played pivotal roles in designing and implementing effective training programs that enhanced customer engagement and drove revenue growth. Michelle has a proven track record of leading teams, developing curricula, and integrating new learning management systems, all while fostering an environment of high internal learning satisfaction. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Fitchburg State College and additional studies at Endicott College.
