Ramesh Gopalakrishnan

Ramesh Gopalakrishnan has extensive experience in DevOps and engineering, currently serving as the DevOps Tech Lead Manager for Rich Messaging at Sinch since February 2019, overseeing a small team and focusing on migrating platform infrastructure to a distributed setup. Prior roles at Sinch include DevOps Tech Lead and DevOps Engineer, where Ramesh emphasized developing self-service CI tools and enhancing cloud-native practices using technologies such as Kubernetes and AWS. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Specialist at Telstra, where Ramesh supported a multi-site Network Management platform, and earlier roles at Nortel Networks and Optus. Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Sydney.
