Romain Deruffe has extensive experience in technical account management, currently serving as the Global Head of Technical Account Management at Sinch since July 2009. Previous roles at Sinch include Head of Service Delivery for Strategic Accounts and North America, as well as Global Solutions Director for RCS for Operators. Romain has held various positions since the company's inception, including Key Account Manager, Account Manager, and Service Manager for EMEA at Mblox, which was acquired by Sinch in 2016. Romain’s career began as an IT Consultant at various companies before serving as a Strategic Support Engineer at Sinch. Romain holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Ecole de Cycle Ingénierie et de Technologie Informatique and a BTS/HND in Computer Science from ISIFA.
