Shruti Das

Shruti Das is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a robust background in human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sinch since August 2025, Shruti has previously held the role of Senior Human Resources at Walmart from April 2024 to February 2025. Prior experience includes managerial positions in talent acquisition at INDmoney.com from June 2019 to March 2024, as well as HR Talent Acquisition at SBI Card between April 2017 and June 2019. Shruti began the career as a Recruitment Specialist at Maven Workforce from May 2016 to March 2017, following an internship at Vivanta by Taj Gurgaon in mid-2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Amity University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University (2011-2014).
