Anne Evans

Anne Evans is the CEO and Founder of Sinclair Advisors, specializing in recruiting expertise and executive search for high-growth startups. In addition, Evans serves on the Advisory Board of TalentCell and has co-founded Peoplepath, which focuses on meeting hiring needs for entrepreneurs. Previous experience includes roles as an Angel Investor at Gem, Executive Recruiting Advisor at DoorDash, and Interim Head of Talent at Roblox, where Evans contributed to the company's hyper-growth. As Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Unity Technologies, responsibilities involved leading a global recruiting team that expanded headcount from 350 to over 3,000. Additional leadership roles were held at Zillow, PwC, and a competitive athletics background showcased skills in multiple sports.
