Bob Saylor

Bob Saylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at Sinclair Broadcast Group since May 2023, Bob leads the implementation of OKR methodologies and nurtures a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Bob spent over thirteen years at Fannie Mae, where key contributions included directing the Process Reengineering Center of Excellence and leveraging Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to enhance performance and streamline processes. Bob also held various leadership positions focused on enterprise process improvement and risk management. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Continuous Process Improvement at Capital One. Bob holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from George Mason University's Costello College of Business.
