Stephen Clare

Stephen Clare is a finance professional with extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Sinclair Broadcast Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions including Vice President of Finance at Audacy, Inc. and Vice President of Finance at Media General, where oversight included the financial management for a merged entity comprising 71 TV stations and multiple digital companies. Stephen has also contributed as an M&A Consultant during the Entercom and CBS Radio merger, and served in various financial capacities across LIN Media and LIN Television. An educational foundation in Accounting was established at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree.
