Dave Jacobs

Dave Jacobs has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Dave began their career as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Rockwell International, where they facilitated a large-scale organization turn-around transformation process and merged change management with Total Quality systems. Dave then worked as the Director of Organizational Development at United Space Alliance, where they led a company-wide change management process and received recognition for their leadership culture work at NASA. After that, they served as the Director of Global Leadership and Organizational Development at Rio Tinto, providing global support for leadership development and change management initiatives. Dave also worked as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at OTL Consulting and as the Principal Advisor of Organizational Effectiveness at Rio Tinto, Ltd. Currently, they are a Senior Management Consultant specializing in organizational excellence at The Sinclair Group. Throughout their career, Dave has conducted executive coaching sessions, designed and delivered employee engagement workshops, and implemented measurement processes for multiple clients.

Dave Jacobs completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communications from Brigham Young University in the years 1976 to 1980. Later, from 1980 to 1982, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
