Prior to 1997, Hank held a wide range of U.S. based and international senior executive roles with Dow Chemical Company.

Hank received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University He resides in Houston, Texas and is actively involved with leaders of various corporations, investors and community organizations.
