Shannon Sinclair

Shannon Sinclair has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shannon started their career in 1990 as a Safety Assistant at The Dow Chemical Company - Benelux. Shannon then worked as a Technical Librarian at The Dow Chemical Company - E&CS from 1991 to 1993. Shannon later served as an Office Manager at Drum Recycler, Inc. from 1994 to 1996.

In 1998, Shannon joined Westbury High School - HISD as an English Teacher and 9th Grade Team Leader. Shannon was selected to participate in the Teacher Mentoring program and an initiative for incoming freshmen. Shannon also completed a group facilitation training program.

From 2003 to 2010, Shannon held multiple positions at Sylvan Learning Center. Shannon started as a Director of Education, overseeing instructional programs and staff. Shannon was later promoted to Center Director, where they maintained profitability and overall success. Shannon was recognized for their achievements and was studied as an ideal Center Director candidate.

From 2011 to 2012, Shannon worked as an HR Project Specialist at Waste Management. Shannon then joined Sylvan Learning Center again in 2011 as a Director of Education, responsible for maintaining educational standards and overseeing staff.

In 2013, Shannon became a Consultant at Sinclair Group. Shannon then worked as an HR Consultant at EP ENERGY from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at The Sinclair Group, where they serve as a Senior Talent Manager.

Shannon Sinclair completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and HR from the University of Houston, from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English, T.E. from the University of Houston. Additionally, Shannon holds a Teaching Certification for English Language Arts 6-12 from the Texas Education Agency.
