Chengwei Liu is the current Chairman at Sinclair Pharma. Prior to this, they were with China Grand Enterprises. Chengwei has also worked with GE Medical Systems Asia, GE Medical Systems China, GE Healthcare Financial Service, and GE China. Chengwei Liu has nearly 25 years of experience in finance and medical devices.

Chengwei Liu pursued an MBA at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Peking University.
