SinFooTech is a food technology start-up that hopes to play a part in creating a resource-efficient, circular economy in the food manufacturing industry. We strive to do so by adding value to food processing by-products, and turning them into innovative food ingredients and products.

The company's breakthrough product is a first-of-its-kind alcoholic beverage named "Sachi". Made from soy whey, a liquid by-product of tofu manufacture, Sachi has received extensive media coverage by international and local news outlets since its conception, and was successfully commercialised and launched as a consumer alcoholic beverage product in August 2021.
