SINGA is a global citizen movement based in Europe and Canada, present in 18 cities and 7 countries. 

SINGA creates interactions which accelerate the inclusion of newcomers and enrich the perspective of local people, ultimately strengthening the entire Society. 

Since 2012, Singa has been creating tools, spaces and programs to enable citizens, entrepreneurs and organizations to build a more inclusive future together through : 

- A global community of change-makers bringing people together through common passions and activities. #communitybuilding 

- A network of 12 entrepreneurship programs in Europe, which accompanies newcomers and locals in developing creative, impactful, and scalable organizations and businesses. #entrepreneurship 

- A citizen hosting platform, J'accueille.fr that allows local citizens to host refugees from 3 to 12 months at their place #socialinnnovation 

- Supporting and training organizations, institutions and companies about inclusive politics, behavior, hiring and interculturality.

The Program and Community Coordination team at SINGA is responsible for orchestrating and managing the various initiatives and interactions that foster community integration and support entrepreneurial endeavors. This team coordinates accelerator and incubator programs that facilitate the professional integration of newcomers, manages community events to build connections between locals and newcomers, and oversees the citizen hosting platform J'accueille.fr to provide temporary accommodations for refugees. They work collaboratively to create inclusive spaces and provide training to organizations for enhancing intercultural understanding and inclusive practices.

The Volunteer & Humanitarian Focus team at SINGA coordinates and manages volunteer efforts to support the organization's various initiatives. This team ensures that volunteers are effectively integrated into programs that aid in the inclusion of newcomers, such as the entrepreneurship programs, citizen hosting platform, and community-building activities. They facilitate training and support for volunteers, ensuring meaningful participation and impact in their humanitarian efforts.

Comprised of the Chief Executive Officer, Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer, this team drives organizational growth, steers policy development, and ensures the effective implementation of programs and partnerships across 18 cities in 7 countries. Their leadership maintains a coherent vision while spearheading innovation and scaling impactful solutions to strengthen society through inclusive actions.

This includes supporting the development of entrepreneurial projects, coordinating intercultural management consulting activities, designing instructional materials for global outreach, and leading community-based projects like Citéslab.
