Randy LeMaster serves as the Senior Regional Director of Operations at Singh Management since July 2017, supporting regional directors and community leadership teams across Michigan, North Carolina, and Virginia. Previously, as Regional Director of Operations, Randy oversaw the opening and ongoing operations of senior living communities in North Carolina and Virginia. Contributions to the North Carolina Assisted Living Association as a board member spanned from April 2016 to April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Sunrise Senior Living, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing multiple communities to managing day-to-day operations as Executive Director of Sunrise at North Hills. Earlier career stages included positions at Genesis Healthcare and River Park Hospital, focusing on scheduling and operational supervision. Randy holds an M.S. in Health Care Administration and a BBA in Management from Marshall University.
