Cindy Cabral

Cindy Cabral is the current Senior Director of Talent at Single Grain. Cindy has over eight years of experience in recruiting and talent management. Prior to Single Grain, they were the Associate Director- Talent & Culture at The Martin Agency from July 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they were the Director, Talent & Culture at Splice.com from April 2019 to July 2020 and Sr. Program Manager- Learning, Talent & Culture from February 2019 to April 2019.

Cabral started their career as a Residence Hall Assistant Director at New York University from December 2013 to January 2016. Cindy then worked as a Community Coordinator at The Art Institutes from July 2012 to November 2013. After that, they became a Recruiter (Project-Based) at Xerox from June 2016 to January 2017. Finally, they worked as a Recruiter at Phreesia from January 2017 to August 2017 before joining Jopwell as a Talent Sourcer in August 2017. At Jopwell, they were promoted to People Manager- People & Culture in March 2018 and Senior People Manager- People & Culture in September 2018 before leaving the company in February 2019.

Cindy Cabral has a Masters of Science in Women's Studies from St. John's University and a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Managment from St. John's University.
