Tjalling Ament, MSc

Tjalling Ament, MSc has a diverse range of work experience. Tjalling worked as a Software Engineer at Single Quantum starting in May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting embedded software, as well as maintaining and updating the user interface. Tjalling also programmed, tested, and documented examples for communicating with the SNSPD control driver in MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Python.

Prior to that, Tjalling worked at DSTV Obvius from August 2016 to May 2020 as a Website Developer. Tjalling was a member of the website committee at the tennis club, where they were responsible for maintaining and adding new functions to the website.

Tjalling also had an internship as part of their master's thesis at Biodentify from March 2019 to February 2020.

In addition, they served as a Secretary at VvE Ricardis from May 2017 to May 2018. VvE Ricardis is the owners association of the building where they lived, and in this role, they were responsible for taking minutes and creating agendas for board meetings. Tjalling also made the internal website available for new owners.

Tjalling's work experience also includes a brief stint as a Production Assistant at Deltour B.V. for three months in 2012.

Tjalling Ament, MSc, obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Engineering from Delft University of Technology between the years 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering at the same university from 2010 to 2017. Their secondary education took place at Stedelijk Gymnasium Haarlem from 2004 to 2010, where they pursued the VWO curriculum with a focus on both natural sciences and healthcare. Tjalling Ament also has a certification titled "Beginnen met leidinggeven aan professionals" from Schouten & Nelissen, which was obtained in December 2022.
