In 2015, they became the owner of Nashville Sound Panels, where they specialized in handcrafted acoustic treatment. Joe also worked as a Logistics Manager at Beyond Details from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Recorded Music at Single, a role they took on in September 2018.
