Scott Swanson began their career in 1996 as Vice President of New Business for Inpulse Response Group. During their time there, they developed the first written, sales-oriented new hire training curriculum. Scott then moved to Motivational Fulfillment & Logistics Services in 2007 as Vice President of Sales, where they increased sales by 15% annually. In 2009, they took over the financially distressed marketing/branding, media and contact center company Synergixx as President and turned it towards profitability within one year. In 2011, they founded XSell Response, a contact center startup with little capital and minimally experienced IT resources. Scott then moved to Expert Planet in 2013 as CEO, where they strategically removed what was believed to be an ineffective executive team and established a new IT team. In 2014, they took over Cuore: [kohr] 'center' (Latin) Your Center to New-Found Profits as Senior Vice President of Operations and Sales, introducing new sales silos and opening more profitable revenue verticals. Finally, in 2018, they helped found SingleComm, a software company that specializes in CCaaS and SaaS for contact centers, aiding in the first round of software architecture and fund raising.

Scott Swanson received a BA in Communication from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from the same institution.
