Melissa Duncan possesses extensive experience in customer success leadership across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at SingleFile, Melissa has previously held significant roles including VP of Customer Success at finally and Head of Global Customer Success at Riverside.fm. Prior positions also include Director of Customer Success, Senior Manager of Customer Success, and Senior Customer Success Manager at Zenefits, along with experience as a Senior Account Manager at Yelp. Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Recreation and Tourism Management from Arizona State University.
