Sarah Thomas is a Director of People Operations with a strong focus on improving employee experiences and recruitment strategies. Currently at Evolve Security since 2021, Sarah manages HR processes and enhances employee engagement while simultaneously serving as a Service Delivery Manager, ensuring project success and client satisfaction. Previously, Sarah held pivotal roles at The Riveter and Public Outreach Fundraising, where they contributed to HR management and operational efficiency. In addition to their extensive professional background, Sarah is pursuing a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing at California State University-Sacramento.
