Dimple Razdan

Dimple Razdan has over a decade of experience in business development and customer success across various sectors, including Edtech, BFSI, and healthcare. Dimple began their career as a Business Development Manager at HND Technologies Private Limited from 2008 to 2010, where they successfully expanded the client base and developed growth strategies. They then served as Assistant Manager at Tradeindia.com from 2010 to 2014 before progressing to leadership roles at LeadSquared, where they held positions such as Director of Key Accounts and Director of Growth. Currently, Dimple is the Senior Director of Customer Success at SingleInterface, empowering multi-location brands with full-stack AI retail technology. Dimple earned a BCS in Computers from the University of Mumbai and a PG in Marketing & Finance from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
