Michelle Truong

Michelle Truong currently serves as Country Head at SingleInterface, focusing on the integration of AI and Agentic Intelligence in retail since July 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Chief Operating Officer at vBase Digital, where responsibilities included maximizing HubSpot's capabilities to promote business growth through creative design and AI technology from June 2024 to June 2025. Between April 2023 and April 2024, Michelle worked as a Marketing Consultant and Sales Agent for VOGUE CELEBRATIONS COSMETICS COMPANY LIMITED, enhancing the KOSÉ brand's market presence in Vietnam. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Head Of Commercial at Pomelo from February 2022 to February 2023, promoting financial technology solutions in the B2B sector, and earlier served as Head Of Sales and Marketing at Litnow in 2021. Michelle's academic background includes a program at Open University completed in December 2011.
