Daniel Kostruba

Daniel Kostruba has held a variety of roles since 2008. From 2008 to 2018, they were an Assistant Property Manager at Orad Limited, an asset manager with portfolio holdings in industrial/commercial real estate and other Canadian industry operating companies. In this role, they were responsible for budgeting, leases, and complete facilities management. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Vice President and Financial Analyst at Commex Group Manufacturing Inc. Daniel then worked as a Senior Consultant at Mensana Change Management Ltd. from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they were also an Associate at Hemlock Capital Partners and a Consultant at Everest Group, a global management consulting and research firm. In 2021, Daniel began working at SingleKey as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations, where they are responsible for removing the common headaches of renting.

Daniel Kostruba obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Ivey Business School at Western University between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Honors Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University between 2008 and 2012, with a major in Finance and a major in Medical Sciences. Daniel also obtained a Diploma in Accounting from Western University in 2012. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Financial Modeler certification from the Financial Modeling Institute (FMI) in January 2019, a Canadian Securities Course certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in August 2015, and is a 2019 Level III Candidate in the CFA Program.
