Amina has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Amina began their career in 2005 as an HR Business Partner at Systel Inc. Amina then moved on to Scadea Solutions, Inc. in 2012, where they served as the Head of Operations. Amina then joined CloudRay in 2016 as the Director of Operations, where they played a key role in providing software development and consultancy services. In 2019, they joined Systel as the Executive Vice President before transitioning to the role of Director of Operations. Currently, Amina holds the position of Vice President at Singlepoint Solutions since 2023. In each of their roles, Amina has shown a strong commitment to driving technological expertise and providing effective IT solutions and services.

Amina attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2010 to 2011, where they completed the Programme for Development of Strategic Skills (PDSS) in Strategic Management. Amina also obtained a Master's Degree from Osmania University, but the specific field of study is unknown.
