Alli Fallen

Alli Fallen is a Business Analyst at SingleStone. Alli previously worked as a Senior Project Manager at RS21 from April 2019 to July 2022, where they led teams of designers, data scientists, data engineers, and software developers from concept discovery to deployment of software, supporting clients in all of RS21's portfolios (Healthcare, State + Local Government, Federal Government, National Labs, and Product). From December 2014 to April 2019, they were a Project Manager at ABS Group, where they managed USCG's transition of their desktop-based maritime security risk analysis model to an enterprise, web-based tool; co-facilitated and created content for multiple annual training sessions to the USCG's port security specialists; and led a cross-organizational team through development of some of the earliest iterations of FEMA's National Risk Index. In June 2012 to July 2012, they participated in the Harvard Career Discovery Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Alli Fallen has a Master of Science from the University of Virginia in Civil and Environmental Engineering, a Bachelor of Science from Washington and Lee University in Physics-Engineering, and a Graduate Certificate from Penn State University in Geographic Information Systems. Alli also has certification from LitheSpeed in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
