Manish Sitania

Manish Sitania is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager for SingleStore in India since September 2022, Manish previously held the position of WW Head of HR at eGain Corporation from August 2014 to November 2021. With a background that includes roles such as HR Director at HGST and Head of HR & Operations at eGain, Manish has demonstrated a commitment to transforming HR functions and aligning them with business goals. Additional experience includes founding Bharat Consulting Company, where consulting was provided to start-ups in establishing HR frameworks. Manish began the HR career in various managerial roles at companies like Infosys, eFunds, and DCM Data Systems, contributing to workforce quality and employee satisfaction improvements throughout. Manish holds an MA in Economics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, a PGDBM from Sydenham Institute, and a BS in Biology from Govt. Holkar Science College.
