Tara Fly

Tara Fly is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and site reliability. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at SingleStore, Tara leads a geographically distributed team of 10 engineers and collaborates with software development teams. Previously, as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at MemSQL, Tara was the primary engineer for a large-scale engineering test infrastructure, handling significant processing and storage requirements. At Cray Inc., Tara held various roles, including Lead Software Engineer and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included technical coordination, project management, and development of high-performance computing solutions. Tara began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at MSP Technologies, focusing on project management and software development. Tara holds a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Leadership from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
