Lisa Mar

Lisa Mar serves as the Director of Real Estate Development at SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa held an MBA internship at Blackberry Farm in June 2021, contributing to various operational projects across multiple departments. Significant experience at Amazon includes leadership positions in Strategy & Planning for Amazon Devices HR from July 2016 to July 2020, where reporting directly to the VP of HR, Lisa led the establishment of a new Program Management Office and managed a Talent Analytics team. Earlier, Lisa worked as a Senior HR Business Partner, Program Manager, and Analyst at Amazon from January 2012 to July 2015, and in HR Analytics and Recruiting at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from February 2010 to January 2012. Additional experience includes human capital consulting at WFD in 2009. Lisa is an alumna of Harvard Business School and Wellesley College.
